I am a real estate marketing expert based in Louisville, KY.

I have an MBA with a concentration in marketing strategy; am a University marketing management professor; marketing strategy consultant; published marketing author in Harvard Business Review; I serve on several marketing committees; I am married to a marketing PhD; I eat, sleep and breathe marketing, and my specialty is Louisville, KY real estate.

My real estate background includes, but is not limited to: being a licensed and experienced agent in S.C. and KY.; extensive residential renovations and contracting, including historic/preservation; commercial retail development; advanced finance; and I am part of a family that includes 3 developers, spanning 5 states and over 60 years of real estate experience.

My goal is to obtain my Kentucky brokers and property manager's license in 24 months and expand my real estate marketing services into a full-service brokerage, headquartered in Louisville, KY.
