Guess where I live? Concerning the CA real estate market, yes it's expensive but I've lived here all my life, and would love to move somewhere else for a short while but could always see myself moving back.
I was very close to moving a year ago because of the crazy home prices but then came the fall of L.A. home prices! By so much and there are so many homes in my price range.
This being the only good thing I feel I can appreciate in this economy, I can't pass up looking for a great deal while the opportunity's here.
