Property manage a Single Family home in Lubbock, TX.
Mr Garrett has done an excellent job of managing my property and has gone way beyond what a "manager" does. When my home was trashed due to bad renters he helped me get it back into shape to rent again at a very reasonable price. Mr. Garrett works hard to keep renters in my house. I also appreciate his professional and friendly manner.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Lubbock, TX.
Paul helped us with the sale of our home, every step of the way. He went beyond the call of duty on may items in regards to our home sale. When we were out of town Paul took care of everything and put our mind at ease. We would recommend Paul as an outstanding realtor!
