Sold a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Baldwin Park, CA.

I have used Lucelly on 3 occasions. First time was buying a condo. She kept me updated with what I could afford and gave me listings in my price range. I bought the condo with no problems or delays.

Second time was selling the condo and buying a new residence. I was unable to do a standard sell regarding the condo due to the real estate market going down. So it was listed as a short sale. During this time I had quit paying my association dues and when the time came to sell there was a lien on the condo. I explained to Lucelly that I did not want to give any money out of pocket and I would let it foreclose if I had to put out money. Lucelly was able to settle with the collection company for a lower price and the amount owed did not come out of my pocket. I don't know how she did it but it happened. It sold with no money gained or owed.

During the same time dealing with the condo the wife and I were purchasing a home. Lucelly showed us several listings until we finally found one. The process wasn't as smooth as the first time, but I don't blame Lucelly. There were more family members involved due to me not being able to be on the documentation because of the short sale and the wife needed a co-signer. Do to this it required a lot of documentation. I remember my wife having to send them something every week.

We closed on the home a little later then expected, but again it was the loan company. We ran into some trouble during property tax time and actually owed about $1200. Our mortgage included property taxes so this was a bit disturbing. I questioned Lucelly who was able to get to the bottom of the problem. The property tax had been readjusted and not added into our mortgage payment. Again it was not her fault as the loan company didn't put in the right numbers.

To home buyers out there, buying a home is very frustrating and you have to be patient. As far as Lucelly goes I would recommend her to family and friends as she did an excellent job as a real estate agent.

Bought a home in 2009.

She is very honest and helpful. I had gone thru several sales people but they did not meet my requirements. As picky that I am that will speak my mind out. I really enjoy working with Lucelly Galvan. Soon I will contact her again to a 2nd home.
