Zillow: Property status doesn't get updated from MLS
It seems property status on Zillow doesn't get updated automatically based on MLS Listing status. Folks have to flag it 'For Sale', 'Recently Sold' etc in most cases. It would be cool to search for homes for sales by zip code instead of toggling between MLS Listing and Zillow to check the Zestimate.

I have posted a Make Me Move Price for 21 Wellington Ct, Mountain View, CA 94040. Our neighbors have put their property for sale recently. If you were buying a home in our community, how much would you have paid to make me move? Would like to get a survey of the price points and your reason/s for it. Thanks in advance!
