I offer two primary service models:
"CONCIERGE" SERVICE: I enjoy providing full "concierge" service to my many clients with full schedules or a preference for focusing on the larger details of the transaction: For example, for my seller clients, I propose a marketing plan and schedule and, once approved by my client, I secure multiple bids, schedule and provide on-site supervision for all aspects of preparing your home for sale by coordinating gardeners, repairmen, stagers, open houses and such. For buyers, I help prepare for your purchase by previewing all homes for you so as to limit the time you must invest in the search process, and will then manage all the "behind the scenes" details so you only need to participate in the critical steps of the escrow process. I maintain a high level of communication with my "concierge" clients, and come to the clients for approval of all key decisions I recommend.
GUIDANCE AND ADVOCACY: I work with many other clients who are eager to participate in every detail of their real estate transaction. For example, as a buyer, you may love touring open houses and want to see every house on your own. As a seller, you know your home intimately and may feel very comfortable continuing to handle all the details of the pre-marketing preparation. For these clients, I provide detailed information and guidance at each step in the listing or purchase process. I will educate you on steps in the process with which you may be unfamiliar, will answer any questions and point out any "red flags" I recognize based on my experience in this business. With the information, guidance, and support I provide, you will be able to make confident and informed decisions and remain actively involved in the steps to achieving your pragmatic and emotional goals.
