Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Worcester, MA.
Luis became our buyer's agent after we viewed a property for which he was the seller's agent. We liked his honest approach and sense of respectfulness. He quickly gauged the features we desired in a home, and then went to work to find that home for us. He creatively visualized how we might modify each home that we viewed to fit our needs, even though all but one of the properties were round holes through which our square peg would never fit. He got to know us so well, that in the end, when he found us the right place to live, he knew it as much as we did before we even said the words. He then guided us through the negotiation and closing phases with expertise and near transparency. I would recommend him or engage his services again without reservation.…More Less
