Today, 2/8/13, I called Tony with a paniced request....fearing one of my properties had been bulldozed! Tony and I had never spoken before. Keep in mind the date, our nation is experiencing blizzard/harmful freeze conditions all over. Tony took the time to understand my request and said that he would have an answer for me over the weekend, probably the next day, Saturday. What do you know, Tony called me back within an hour (maybe 30mins.). He had gone to investigate my request in the snow! This is an example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did Tony meet my expectations but he exceeded them!!! Please understand this was done out of the kindness of his heart, not for any monetary gain!
