Sold a home in 2012.
Brent was recommented by a friend when I was ready to sell a rental house on Dexter Ave. N, in Seattle. I had been a real estate investor for 10 years and had delt with a number of agents. So, what is to say? His market analysis turned out to be very close to the sales price. He was very available and responsive to my needs. Two days after the listing was effective, I returned to my home in Mexico leaving the sale in Brents hands. In an unfavorable selling market, Brent was able to find the right buyer (investor) and close the deal at a price that was very exceptable to me. Job well done!

Showed home in 2013 in Seattle, WA.
I am a PhD student at the University of Washington. Currently, I am working on my dissertation regarding the home buying experience. My study is dependent on volunteers to help move my study forward. As such, I want to thank Brent Lumley for volunteering his valuable time to help me out, and doing so without compensating incentives. If Brent could give his time so willingly to help a student, I can only imagine how much more he would do for clients looking to buy or sell their homes. Moreover, I appreciated Brent's knowledge of the real estate market and the calm manner in which he presented himself. Because of these characteristics, I would eagerly hire Brent as my realtor and I will happily recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful and competent real estate agent. Sold a home in 2012.
Brent was kind and respectful of my dear friend Darlene during this difficult time. She had lost her husband and needed to move from her home of 37 years. Brent always responded to our calls and answered our questions immediatly.this has been a very hard move on all involved, but dealing with Brent and his team made things go smoother. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Greenwood, Seattle, WA.
We highly recommend Brent Lumley. We took his advice on many important issues
and he was able to sell our house with a minimum of repair expenses. Even though
we lived in Wisconsin and could not be in Seattle on site, he kept us informed by phone
and E-mail constantly. Not only is he a credit to the company he represents, but he is
an asset to the community as well.

Sold a home in 2011.
I had great luck and a terrific realtor in Brent Lumley. He sold my home in Wallingford in 1 day and closed the sale right away. It was the best of the best. I could not be happier.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Everett, WA.
Brent Helped me purchase my first home. His knowledge of the area was great, and his negotiation skills for my purchase were excellent. A great agent, I would gladly use him for future home purchases I may have.
