Bought a home in 2011.
I just closed escrow on my home and Luther made the entire experience such a positive one for me. He was always accessible and answered all my questions. Luther took the stress out of purchasing the home. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable, confident, and patient. I am so thankful Luther represented me!

Luther made this sale and move, so smooth for our family. His assistance in preparing the property for listing, and other last minute issues, was instrumental to a very quick sale, at full asking price! He was very responsive to our questions, often responding to us within minutes by e-mail! We never could have done it without him!

I have used Luther and Georgina for both residential and commercial real estate transactions and can say without a doubt that when it comes to professionalism, knowledge and getting deals done, they are the team to go to. Sold a home in 2010.
Luther listed and Sold my house. He is very knowledgable and current on the trends and shifts of the ever changing Real Estate Market. He goes out of his way to accomodate every aspect ot the Selling process. His Construction experience is extremely helpful , he can point the pros and cons of existing conditions of a property and what is necessary to do in order to improve or even add to the existing square footage.
He is very easy to work with , patient and very honest made the selling experience a pleasant one.
Will definetely use him again and wiil highly recommend him to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675K in Glendora, CA.
Luther is amazing. He has an astounding wealth of knowledge and he doesn?t push any home on you. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and patience. I looked for about four months, in five different cities, and countless of homes and Luther never tried to convince me to buy a house that he knew I woould not be pleased with. I had fallen in love with one house at the start of our search, and he talked me out of it because he knew I would not like the location. He definitely will tell you his honest opinion regarding house conditions and values.

He sold my home in 4 days! I discovered and researched Luther online and he looked good. I met him in person and I knew in an instant I could trust him to market and sell my home well. On top of incredible experience and expertise, Luther has great integrity and is very honest and straightforward. Being the skeptic that I am, when we were first working with Luther, I checked with a highly-respected relative in the real-estate business outside our area whom I trust completely. She confirmed the veracity of everything he told us.
Luther will not just tell you "what you want to hear" just to get the sale or listing of your home. He will tell you the truth so that you know what to expect.
We had our home listed with him but decided to take it off the market due to the market conditions. When the time is right to re-list, we will do so with Luther and no one else. My husband and I would highly recommend him.

I have only had fantastic experiences with Luther Tsinoglou. He has been helping my husband and I to find the perfect home for a few months, and before that, he assisted us in finding the perfect rental. Luther grew up in the area and his local knowledge is vastly greater than any other Realty professional that I have experienced so far. He not only found the perfect homes to show us- he negotiates for his clients as if they/we were family. He has our best interest at heart. We are currently under contract on a home in Pasadena and hopefully will be homeowners soon.
