Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Napa, CA.

Bought a home in 2012.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Jacqui made the process of homebuying as smooth as it can go from beginning to end. In a nutshell, we had been using online agents to bid on homes and wanted to start using actual real estate agents instead. We ended up seeing an Open House one weekend and knew we wanted to bid on it and wanted to act fast. But since we didn't really choose an agent yet, we stuck with the last one we talk to see what she would do for us. Let's just say the prior agent wasn't up to par with what my husband and I needed in an agent. So in a mad rush to switch agents mid-way through the bidding process, we were referred to Jacqui by my sister. All in all, we are so happy to have Jacqui guide us through this homebuying experience. She is a very good negotiator and has her clients best interests all all levels of the homebuying process (she was even there when we signed the final paperwork!). Sold a home in 2005.

As a Real Estate Investor, my goal is to of course buy low and sell high. Partnering with Jacquelyn allowed me to do exactly that. A classic example was when she helped me purchase a property in San Bruno for less than fair market value, found me a renter immediately after purchase for instant cash flow , and then sold it less than a year later for a huge profit. She even got me multiple offers which allowed me to sell it at a higher amount than what the comps were showing at that time! I don't know how she does it but I am definitely one very happy client.  More Less
