Anyone who lives in East County has to see all the SOLD signs around town by Lyle and Grace. Their success is nothing more than basic math. Knowledge + Integrity + GREAT personalities + Caring about their clients = Helping their clients move on in their own, individual endeavors.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in El Cajon, CA.Summary:
Lyle and Grace are a fantastic team. They helped me purchase two homes, and sell two homes. When I think real estate I only think of Lyle and Grace. They know the area, the buyers and the market.
It is important for me to trust my agent, I honestly believe that the team at Real Estate Executives wants to see all of their clients succeed and achieve the home of their dreams. I get the feeling that they are family and actually care about the clients. I am sure there are hundreds of clients at any given time at Realty Executives, but I was always felt like I was the most important client. My calls were returned immediately, both Lyle and Grace pass along their cell phone numbers and encourage questions and communications.
My most recent transaction was very difficult emotionally and my home fell out of escrow just two days before closing, the buyer simply changed their mind. I am not sure who was more upset, but Lyle sat me down, and told me we would get through it. He held an open house and had the home back in escrow (successful this time) in less than two weeks. He let me know all of my options and stayed a tremendous source of support through many tears and fears. I simply would never consider using any other agents...ever.…More Less
