After realizing today's need for true customer service, Lyle and Grace Caddell were eager to open an office that created a one of a kind experience and relationship with all buyers, sellers, and investors. They wanted to create an office where someone is always a phone call away and service is unprecedented. The Caddell's are top agents in California and average $30 million a year in real estate sales... far superior than most agents in San Diego. Hard work and long hours separates the Caddell's from the competition.Therefore after 15 years in Real Estate Sales, Lyle and Grace Caddell decided to open their own real estate office Realty Executives All Area. With Lyle and Grace in the real estate market as business owners, Realty Executives All Area will be San Diego's Best Real Estate Company for years to come.Generous contribution and involvement with the children in the community are very important for the Caddells. They are best known in the East County community for developing and running the Steele Canyon Youth Football and Cheer Program. Lyle, as President, wanted to give the children of the Jamul, Spring Valley and El Cajon Area a chance to play football and cheer.

The Caddells are also active contributors to Steele Canyon High School as well. They have donated thousands of dollars to the stadium lighting system for the athletic fields, and thousands of dollars to the Golf, Basketball and Soccer teams. Not to mention tens and thousands of dollars in academic scholarships to the graduating class for the last 3 years. The Caddells love to see everybody achieve their goals.
