I can't tell you how many people commented on the pictures when they came to view the house! His knowledge and expertise with the housing market in our area helped immensely in pricing it correctly. He was in contact with us almost on a daily basis and always had a positive outlook on the sale. The fact that he has his own title and escrow companies within the same building helped to facilitate the whole process. He also had many helpful suggestions about things like how to handle the proceeds after the sale. I believe that had it not been for Lyle's efforts, expertise and marketing skills our house would still be on the market!
I would highly recommend Lyle and Grace. They came out to the house and helped me decide what to list it for, I felt it was a fair listing, and they didn't try to get me to lower the price, just so it would sell. My house was very unusual, but they were excited about the house and it showed. They did open houses and were very aggressive in trying to sell it. When my house went into escrow they were there every step of the way. Everything went according to plan. I would use them again.

We worked with the team at Realty Executives on a rental unit we owned and needed to sell through the traditional short sale process. It was apparent after our first meeting with Lyle that we were in great hands. Through the process, we were particularly impressed with the team's negotiation skills with the lenders. We also liked the updates we received through the entire process. Random questions were immediately answered, which is comforting when going through a short sale. My brother and I were recently put in the position of having to sell our parents' house.. Our neighbors, knowing Lyle and Grace from several very successful
transactions of there own, both here in La Mesa and in Lake Havasu, recommended

We were having to work through powers of attorney, and even though it meant more
legalities and paperwork, Lyle dove right in and provided us with the guidance and

Thanks to an awesome internet ad (interior and exterior extensively photographed),
the house was sold in a matter of days after a crowd of potential buyers went through
it. Lyle had presented us with a list of what he had determined to be the best deals
and we went from there. After a seamless inclusion of the escrow service, we were
done. Everybody was a winner. We got a better than hoped for price and the buyer,
thanks to housing prices nowadays, has a great investment.
