Lyn has lived at Lake Tahoe since 1974. She has resided in Northen Nevada participating in all the out door and recreational activities that make her describe her area as "I live in Heaven, and I did not have to die to get there." She has participated in the creation of a local PBS television station. She served in fund raising, on air productions, and even as President of the organization at one point. She was the founder of the Lake Tahoe Chautauqua, a living history festival that brought scholars acting as historical figures to meet the public and tell of their lives. Among the characters she brought to the community, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Harry Truman, all the members of the Lewis and Clarke Expidition, Eleanor Roosevelt, Dolly Madison, Anne Frank, and many, many more.
As a Realtor she has been selling real estate regionally for decades. She has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years. She has been a teacher of real estate, director of a real estate school, and served in many capacities in the local Realtor organizations.
Her background includes graduating from U.C.L.A. and attending U.S.C. law school
She is a goumet cook, a dedicated reader, and a true friend. She has been a sailor, a skier, a cross country skier, a hiker, a biker, and a bridge champion. She enjoys music, theater, dancing, laughing.
One of her motto's is "I heard a joke today, and you are going to hear it."
