Bought a home in 2012.
My experience working with Tijuana was excellent. She was very professional and helpful, especially for a first-time buyer. Through the entire process, she remained patient with me and explained every step of the purchase to me, which made me feel well-informed and knowledgeable about my decisions. She also guided me in the right direction regarding my decisions, and made sure I did everything correctly. Tijuana was calm and thorough with her work, as well. I have already recommended Tijuana to friends, and I would absolutely recommend her again.

Bought a home in 2012.
This review detail my experience with Tijuana Evans. I called her and asked if she could represent me in buying a townhome and immediately we went out the next day looking at properties. I didn't find what I liked,and that night she sent me a listing of properties. I told her which ones I wanted to see and the next day we went out and I found my townhome. This seems surreal. Prior to all this happening I already had my pre-approval from the bank. She works really fast and is very detailed. Buying a home can be exhausting,not if you have the right realtor. She has been with me every step of the way. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns she has been right there. Even on vacation she spoke to me about questions I had. I close at the end of next month. If your serious about buying a property then please give her a call. She is the best.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Charlotte, NC.
Tijuana is always a pleasure to work with. Both my husband and I used Mrs. Evans for the purchases of our first homes in 2005 - so we revisited a great realator that we knew would have our best interest at heart.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Back Creek Church Road, Charlotte, NC.
Tijuana Evans went well beyond the call of duty getting my home sold. I probably was one of her most difficult customers, with a lot of challenging personal events occurring simultaneously. However, she never once waivered and remained professional, dedicated and diligent in obtaining a buyer for my house. I would give Mrs. Evans 10 stars out of five stars - she really is just that good! My only regret, is that I procrastinated as long as I did. I should have placed my house of the market sooner than I did. You will not go wrong in choosing her as your realtor.

Bought a home in 2008.
My husband and I bought a house in 2008. It ended up being a short sale, which even then Lynn knew how to handle. A short sale can typically be a frustarting experience for a buyer, but Lynn made us feel so at ease during the waiting process. She ended up getting us the house for MUCH less than what we wanted to spend, and was extremely professional throughout the process. I would recommed her to any buyer that wants someone on their side! Wonderful experience!
