Sold a Other home in 2014 in Oak Ridge, NJ.

Lynn and her husband Glenn are the worst realtors on the market. They are extremely dishonest, not hard workers and shady. We had the worst experience when using them to sell our home. Please read below for an explanation as to what they did.

1. In a 1-year contract with them, they only had two open houses. They held them on a Sunday at the worst time (11am-1pm). They put no effort into promoting the event. 2. They did not put any effort into showing the house. They relied on other real estate agents and companies to show their clients the property. 3. They do not act in the best interest of their clients (in this case the seller). They went behind our back and disclosed information to the prospective buyers that would only cost us more money. They advised us to fix things that did not need to be fixed. 4. They tried to hire their friends to do maintenance work that would cost us 4X times the normal cost than another contractor. 5. They authorized work to be done on the property without letting us know. They never called or let us know that work was being done and that we should be expecting a bill. We found out when a bill was sent to us and there was no explanation as to what work was complete. 6. When trying to get a list of completed work by the contractor (that we paid for) they would not give us the contractors contact information. They said that he was unreachable/unavailable. 7. They try to push you to purchase “extra” things such as warranties, not for your best interest, but only so they can get more money. They do not look out for the best interest of their clients. 8. They did not let us know that the prospective buyers were: a. Letting contractors into our home before it was sold b. Moving in prior to the signed contract 9. A few months prior to the end of our contract, they refused to do any work. They only try to make you buy things or do extra things to extend their contract. Why would anyone extend their contract with horrible realtors? 10. When the home was sold they did not even call or reach out to let us know or even congratulate us.

The list can go on, but I figure you can understand why you should not use them. You will have the most unpleasant and worst experience if you choose them. You will put in more work trying to sell your property than they will. Please choose a realtor that will actually work and earn their realtor fees.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Sparta, NJ.

WOW was I suprised. Lynn and her team were on top of EVERYTHING right from day one. She kept us focused and on schedule while providing a calming voice during a stressful time. She not only helped with us selling our home she also provided guidance and advice while looking for our new home. i would recommend Lynn with no hesitation or reservation at all!. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Sparta, NJ.

Lynn and Glenn Garafola did a terrific job helping me purchase my new home in Sparta. My family and I moved from a house in Bergen county and I did not know alot about Sparta until I met Lynn and talked with her. I felt very confident through every stage of purchasing my new home because Lynn was able to give me a lot of information about each house we looked at.
