Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $125K in Atlanta, GA.
Lynn and her thorough work style played a big role in making my first homebuying experience a pleasant one. I came to her with simply a price range and the location of my work and asked her to show me affordable choices around this area. She carefully examined what I needed and counseled me with options outside the box. She found a duplex for me with a lot of parking in the Spring of 2009. I have the option to rent one side for income if I choose to do so. The nicely paved, big parking makes everything convenient. Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Garden Hills, Atlanta, GA.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to write a recommendation for my Realtor, Lynn Friedman. I live in another State and wanted a second home, a condo in Atlanta. Now, again, I am reaching out - this time to move back to Atlanta. Lynn researched several communities for me to see when I came to town in the Spring. We narrowed the search to two communities, "semi-finalists", for November when I will return to make a final decision.
