Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Limerick, PA.
We could not have asked for a better realtor than Lynne! My husband and I were in the market to purchase our first home and Lynne explained the options available to us in detail and so we could understand, she didn't use technical terminology that would have been lost on us. Lynne was very patient and listened to our needs and wants and helped us to find a HOME that suites our family in about a month. I would recommend Lynne to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! She is very easy to get along with and made our first home buying experience a great one! Thanks Lynne!!!

First impressions of Lynne: Friendly. Immense knowledge. Professional. Constant communicator. Available often. Advocate for her clients. Ethical. Dedicated.
Selling a home is probably one of the more stressful endeavors we put upon ourselves. However, from the first time we met Lynne, we knew we were in excellent hands. There are so many details that go into a real estate transaction--from the financial side to the marketing side--and Lynne knows it all. She is *always* working in the best interests of her clients and we were grateful to be working with someone we trusted.
Her knowledge of the market in our area and the surrounding towns is endless. She knows how to price a property to make it attractive and get buyers to take notice. Listen to her advice and follow through on her suggestions.
We listened to Lynne's advice and our home sold in 9 days.
Every time we spoke with Lynne or met with her, we received her undivided attention. Even though she is working with other clients, we felt like were a priority to her. If something came up (even the smallest glitch), Lynne would call or email us with an update and make sure we were informed.
We were thankful to have Lynne representing us at the settlement table and knew that nothing was going to be overlooked. She read it all, explained it all, and had no issue with taking extra time to answer a question or further explain something. Lynne is in this business for her clients.
Lynne exceeded our expectations. She is also backed by a great team of colleagues and support staff, who also share a wide depth of real estate knowledge. If you work with Lynne, you will not regret the choice. She is an excellent Realtor and a nice person, too. An excellent choice to guide you through the largest purchase (or sale) of your life.
Lynne Norris is a professional Real Estate agent. I emphasize the word professional. If you want to work with a premier team - choose Lynne. I personally (and I am sure you do - an unfortunate reality of our world today) deal with so many people and companies that do not take pride in their work and could care less about customer service. The experience is the opposite with Lynne. She cares and it makes a difference that shows. We bought a house in 2008 and I don't typically write reviews, but I saw her here on Zillow with this review area and felt strongly enough to take the time to share my opinion.
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Norristown, PA.
Lynne has got to be the hardest working agent around. She was ALWAYS available. Lynne took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and believe me it was not an easy order. After looking at so many places I was ready to settle on something less than ideal but Lynne wouldn't let me. I'm glad she didn't because we found the PERFECT place. When issues with the inspection surfaced, Lynne was great at negotiating repairs as well. Her knowledge and expertise saved me BIG TIME. If you are looking to buy or sell trust me...you want Lynne on your side.

We settled on our first house on October 3, 2011. I came across Lynne’s profile while I was going through the real estate sites. I also noted down few other real estate agents number and called everyone. Frankly speaking, I do not like sales people because I think they are very pushy and doesn’t show a clear picture. This was my opinion at first. When I called other people, they were not even ready to explain the process What and How’s of real estate but all they want to do is get pre-approval and then talk. But we want to know more about the process from the house search to mortgage approval. This is when I talked to Lynne. She talked to me and first thing she told me was to understand the entire picture before I proceed. This is what impressed me. She also volunteered to meet us and explain the entire process and she did. At this point of time, she knew quite well that we are not planning to buy at that moment and we waited a year before we bought the house. She guided us through the entire process without being pushy and we loved to have her as our buyer agent. Even before entering the houses, she would point out the disadvantages first. Quite a couple of times, she asked me whether I am sure about this because first time I would have given a different picture then whenever she feels I deviate from my liking, she would point out. This was the second time she impressed me. She was sincere, thorough, very detailed (not even a small thing will be missed), dedicated and that smiling face through the entire process. When the mortgage company came into picture after we decided on our house, they took quite sometime to go through all the documentation. She would call them and find out the status. Even the loan officer was so impressed with her and he told me that he has never seen a real estate agent put this much time and effort to make sure the buyer’s are not surprised at the end. Even after the settlement was done, when we had few questions she was always available to answer them. She put the same effort that she put at the start of the process. I know everyone works for money and particularly real estate is not a charity business, but being thorough and the efforts she put cannot be equaled by anyone in this field. She is the best. Thorough Knowledge, dedication, sincereness, attention to detail and patience – Finding one of these qualities in a person is difficult these days. Think about 1 person having all these qualities must be 1 in a million and I proudly say that Lynne is one among them. We are really very happy with our choice.

Working with Lynne was an absolute delight, & I would recommend her services without hesitation. Her professionalism and knowledge of the business were invaluable to me. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Collegeville, PA.
We have had a working relationship with Lynne for almost 10 years now. She helped us buy our first home back in 2003 when houses we're selling within 12 hours of being listed. Competition to bid was stiff! The house we bought was in the neighborhood we wanted but it needed some TLC. Lynne not only negotiated us an incredible deal but also handled the entire closing process smoothly. When it was time to put that same home on the market in 2009, Lynne gave us excellent suggestions for preparing it for listing and staged it as well. Our house sold within 9 days of listing. 5 out of the 6 people who walked through it were interested in bidding, and the buyer had an offer to us for asking price within 24 hours of walking through it. We trusted Lynne completely to help us find our new home, which we located through the listings she sent us. Again Lynne negotiated us an amazing deal and advocated for us and our interests with her extensive knowledge and sharp insights. We recommend her to everyone we know for all of their real estate needs, and I frequently shout-out to her on Facebook to remind all of my friends of her professionalism and high performance.
