Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $975K in Sutton, MA.
Alway pleasant, did what she said she would timely. Great professional relationships. She was knowledgeable about the market and enlisted help from associates about the farm portion when she wasn't certain about where to list. She had a great photographer for in the home and a great arial image done as well. She brought a staging person in who was very helpful. Great communication skill!
You want Lynne on your team. If you aren't happy with her, you won't be happy with anyone.
She answers your phone calls, and if she can't you will hear back from her that same day. If she doesn't have the answer, guaranteed she will get the answer. Even when she went on vacation, she was there. I wouldn't have known if she hadn't told me. She made suggestions, had advice, that I wouldn't have thought of or known about without her. She treats you as a partner/equal in the process which is hard to find.
Even months after the purchase, I can still call her and she is there.
Bought a Single Family home in 2001 for approximately $1.075M in Southborough, MA.
Patience is a virtue, especially in a real estate agent. A few years ago, Lynne Eliopoulos helped us sell our home and buy a new one. At the time, we were unsure about location, but had a better sense of the house. Lynne spent almost a year showing us properties. She never once expressed a lack of patience. Ultimately, we bought a house in a location that wasn't on our radar, but Lynne knew that the house was right for us. She insisted that we look at it. We did, and made the offer that night. As for selling our house, my recollection is that it took about 6 weeks, which seemed like longtime! In retrospect, it certainly does not. We've stayed in touch with Lynne. She's an active member of the real estate scene here in the Metrowest region of Boston. She's also a great person to spend time with. Happy house hunting.
Over the past 15 years, Lynne has helped me buy and sell multiple homes (4) and condos (3) in MA. She is bright, attentive, diligent, ethical, candid and attentive. She knows her market and stays current. When she says she'll do something - it gets done! She's also down-to-earth, has a great sense of humor, is loads of fun, and a true pleasure to spend time with. She takes the tedium out of searching for a home. And when it comes time to sell, she's been invaluable in staging my properties for sale. Bottom line: when it comes to real estate agents -- there is no one I would recommend more than Lynne.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Holliston, MA.
Working with Lynne made the listing and selling of my home easy and comfortable. Her experience and knowledge of the market and market value of the area allowed us to price my home perfectly and market it properly to attract the perfect buyers. She is honest and responsive. I highly recommend her as your agent.
Sold a Condo home in 2007 for approximately $275K in North Grafton, MA.
I interviewed nearly a dozen agents before selecting Lynne to sell my house. From the beginning she set herself apart as someone who would work with me as a partner, understanding my goals and needs. She didn't hesitate to tell me what I needed to hear as opposed to just what I wanted to hear. This alone distinguished her from all the other agents I interviewed. She was able to sell my house quickly, for the price I wanted, while others languished on the market.
A year later, when I was ready to buy a condo, my first call was to Lynne to ask her to represent me as buyer's agent. She listened carefully to what I wanted and provided invaluable feedback as to which areas would best meet my objectives. She was always available to set up an appointment for anything I wanted to see, and didn't try to pressure me to make an offer on anything she showed me. When I finally stumbled upon the place I was sure I wanted at an open house one day while I was out riding around, she looked at it for me and gave me invaluable feedback. It turned out to be a FSBO, and Lynne ended up doing a lot of the things that a seller's agent would normally have taken care of. Due largely to her efforts, we had an uneventful closing.
I have recommended Lynne to everyone I know who has needed an agent, and she has done as good a job for them as she did for me. When it's time to sell the condo and move on, there is no question that my first call will be to Lynne.
