Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Mount Washington, Mt Washington, PA.
Lynne was outstanding during the entire process of our home purchase, in fact she is still working with us to make sure everything is going smoothly and we are 2 weeks post-close. She will go to bat for you and always ensure that you get a good deal, she negotiated the price of our house down in a very professional and effective manner. We saw a large amount of homes and she was very knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh area, and all neighborhoods we looked in. We looked at condos as well as stand alone homes and she had great info and insight on both types of homes. Her responsiveness was also impressive as she was even taking my calls and texts while on a trip to New York to visit her daughter. What was most impressive to me was her dedication to us. As I stated above, we closed over 2 weeks ago and she is still on the job making sure everything that was contracted to be done is getting done, She will definitely be our realtor for life and I would recommend her to anyone!!!!

After renting in the South Side for a few years, Lynne helped me and my wife find our first home. To say we were pleased with her service and professionalism would be an understatement. If you are purchasing or selling a home in the South Side your agent list should start and end with Lynne

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Southside Flats, Pittsburgh, PA.
Lynne was extremely knowledgeable of the area and process from start to finish. She had an excellent network of contractors, electricians, plumbers...etc that were available for last minute touches needed to sell my property. She was able to get more than I expected for the house I sold and now I'm wishing I had her as an agent in my new location. Very friendly, professional, and responsive....awesome agent!

Bought a home in 2012.
We have now used Lynne for three rental properties purchased and are now in the process of another acquisition on a large commercial scale. Lynne's knowledge of the South Side area, and her real estate knowledge and connections have been invaluable in each process. The most comforting for our organization is Lynne's exceptional communication, as we are an overseas investment company and Lynne keeps us informed constantly.

Bought a home in 2012.
I relocated to Pittsburgh as part of a corporate move. I needed to quickly find a home in Mt. Lebanon or Upper St. Clair within a short period of time. Lynne was recommended to me by local friends and the corporate relocation company. Lynne took the time to discuss our house needs and the local areas. After a couple days of looking at homes, Lynne helped us to negotiate a price on a great home. Lynne is a terrific business woman and very responsive. I would highly recommend Lynne as a buyer’s broker.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Mount Washington, Pittsburgh, PA.
Lynne has been both a great buyer and sellers agent. She has negotiated us through what would mildly been called a difficult buy process, helped with additional adds, and is actively selling our current townhouse. You won't be unhappy with Lynne.

We connected, but it did not work out.
We were interested in a piece of property adjacent to our home. It initially appeared to us as a good deal. Lynne helped us get in touch with a surveyor and a funding agent. She was very helpful in asking us pertinent questions on aspects of the deal we hadn't considered.
What we very much appreciated was the fact that it wasn't a question of making sure we bought the property (which would have been good for her pocketbook), but of insuring we did what was right for us. In the end, we decided that we should not pursue the acquisition of the property for the right reasons.
We definitely recommend Lynne to any prospective clients. She is ethical, takes her clients' needs and situation into consideration. She is not all about closing a deal if it isn't good for the client.

I would highly recommend Lynne for all your realty needs. Lynne is a straightforward and extremely professinoal. We had our house listed with another realitor and it was on the market 19 months, Lynne had us an offer in less than 7 weeks. She is extremely easy to talk to, and is very knowledgeable, efficent and a GREAT agent. I would highly recommend her and her team of professionals to anyone. If I ever need an agent again it WILL be Lynne Bingham. GREAT PERSON TOO.......

Lynne is a dedicated professional and will get the deal done whether you are buyer or a seller. I would highly recommend retaining Lynne for your real estate transactions as she over delivers all the time. She is very in touch with the market and has the resources to get the job done.
