Kaye was wonderful to work with. She was able to show us our ideal home before it even hit the market so to speak. We had an offer in before the first open house securing our home. If it wasn't for her fast actions we might have missed this opportunity.

Kaye has been the exclusive rental agent for our Hermosa Beach units for over 25 years. She has always responded immediately to our requests and found us excellent tenants, One of her great strengths is her process of checking credit. Our tenants stay for years and we have never had an issue with anyone failing to pay their rent timely. She also knows the California landlord laws and is precise about the inclusion of these important issues in the rental agreement and explanation of these to the potential tenant. She is also very aware of market value at the time of rental and is able to negotiate a rental price that is very acceptable. I would highly recommend Kaye to anyone without any reservation.

Kaye set up a strategy to sell our home and then followed through on all of the details. She brought in experts when needed and knew what needed to be done to have the home ready for sale. She shared comparable sales in our neighborhood and made sure that we understood the local market. We sold our house quickly at $25,000 above our asking. Kaye’s knowledge and experience always gave us confidence that the sale was proceeding well and that everything was being taken care of. I would use Kaye for all of my real east needs in the south bay area in the future.

In September 2011 I purchased the condo that Kaye had owned and lived in for many years under a dual agency scenario; Kaye and I were the only parties in the transaction. From the first meeting Kaye was exceptionally straight forward, no nonsense, utterly honest and completely forthcoming about all aspects of the condo and how the transaction would play out between us. At no time did I sense any restraint or hesitance about disclosing anything regarding the condo, the HOA or the terms of purchase. She was consistently on top of each and every aspect of the transaction, nothing was left for later or omitted. Kaye is thorough, professional and honest.
