I started in real estate in 2004 selling new homes for Pinn Bros in Livermore's wine country. Quickly establishing myself as a reliable team player capable of not only protecting the seller but properly informing the buyer, I was sent off to the Estate Home collection to see how I would fare. The Estate Home collection had 7 remaining homes with an average sales price of $1.5 million and not one home had sold for the previous 5 months. After 1 month I had sold 3 and within 4 months we had closed out the community.

After that I quickly built a reputation as the "Clean Up Kid". My next assignment, err clean up job, was as a Community Sales Manager for a luxury Townhome community in Livermore's blossoming downtown. There were 8 townhomes priced from $550,000- $700,000, and similar to the Estate Homes, the sales had been stagnant for close to 6 months. I was able to come in and sell the remaining units over the course of 5 months cementing myself as a person who could overcome and even welcomed a good challenge.

Challenges were plentiful in my career. Ive sold everything from million dollar estate homes to one bed condos. Ive sold new homes, condo conversions, and even managed the sales of a large condo community in Emeryville that was under court receivership after the developer had abandoned the project.

I became a broker during the course of the Emeryville project in 2008 and have enjoyed corporate clients such as Accelerated Marketing Partners, Atwal Real Estate Invesments, Perfect Nest Inc, Vanbay Investment Group and many individual homeowners and homebuyers.

After relocating my family from Livermore to Mountain House back in 2008, I fell in love with the sense of community here. However, I met many people who used agents from other areas to purchase in Mountain House and were not properly informed about the property taxes. They didnt budget accordingly and were hit with huge payment hikes when the impound accounts they set up didnt cover the entire tax bill. Many had to sell involuntarily. Mountain House is a very unique market and with such a complicated property tax structure here it's important to have a local specialist on your side. 

After buying my own home in Mountain House in 2009, intent on helping and properly educating would-be buyers and sellers, I opened Mountain House Real Estate Group. I have enjoyed having the opportunity to serve my community through not only premium real estate services, but also through volunteer work, coaching youth sports, and sponsorships and donations totaling over $15,000 to local youth sports groups and school foundations.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Mountain House, CA.

Working with Drew Jacobson has been a great experience. I as a buyer and seller would recommend him to anybody looking for a home in the tri-valley and central valley. Drew is honest, up front and has a lot integrity. He really cares and works hard for what his customers needs are.
