Best Bubba ......I feel the same. Maybe it is unfortunate that the web is a place for free exchange of information? I dont think so. Those choosing to participate in the web must understand that the information you freely provide will be available to EVERYONE. Your information is available to all of your competitors and their clients too. If you are truly good at what you do, the clients will come to you. Those that are using the web to gain this information , for the most part...I would hope, are not idiots. Maybe the web thing and free exchange is simply a conspiracy though. Designed only to amuse the real estate industry , gain valuable insight and extract proprietary trade secrets that will be used to squash individual agents and agencies across America. Could it be? Some seem to think so but, the reality is that if do not wish to participate in this free exchange of information, are afraid that others will uncover "trade secrets" as a result of this free exchange, and feel that the real estate business, as a whole, will suffer as a result......dont participate and dont contribute content. Most of all, dont continually attack others because of some delusional belief that everyone is out to get someone.

"All in all....you're just another brick in the wall." The web is all about free information. Those that wish to share information with others are contributors. Those that wish to sell the information they "own" will eventually go broke and add little value to the web "experience". The web is what it is and one agent who feels they possess proprietary information may be sadly mistaken or.....has simply missed their calling.
