Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Warwick, RI.
Melissa assisted my wife and I though a short sale that closed in less than 90 days. We have heard horror stories about the short sale process but Melissa and her staff (Mike) were very professional and gave us every detail about the process. i would highly recommend Melissa and her team to anyone buying or selling a house in RI. Thank you for all you help Melissa!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Johnston, RI.
As a first time homebuyer, our experience with Melissa has been terrific. She is full of knowledge and most of all, listens to our needs. She did not push us into anything and was always there answering questions we had (believe me, we had lots of questions). With her guidance, we were able to find a wonderful home at a great price! I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in North Providence, RI.
After a terrible experience with another realtor I bumped into Melissa and she assured me she would do whatever she could to help my fiance and I purchase a home. This wasn't easy considering I was out of the corporate work force for over 3 years and had just under 6 months at a new job. A couple of months ago she made good on that promise and we closed on a beautiful property in North Providence. We couldn't be more pleased with her as a realtor! She went above and beyond to make the deal happen and used the most knowledgeable and experienced people she knew in the industry that could assist us in a obtaining a 203k mortgage when other agents and mortgage companies told us we couldn't and would have to wait 2 years! I doubt we'll be using her anytime soon because we absolutely love our home and have no plans on ever selling but if and when that day should come, Melissa is absolutely who we will call!

Sold a home in 2010.
My Husband and I met Melissa at an open house she was very warm and friendly. She spent a good amount of time with us explaining the property along with our financing options. At that point we had been looking on and off for three years we called Melissa the next day to set up an appointment. Melissa came to our home and reviewed all our options with us. In our three years of searching not one agent took the time to guide us as Melissa did. We finally knew what we needed to do to be strong buyers and to sell our home. We found our dream home in two months and Melissa and her Team sold our home in three months.
She was always available to us and returned our calls or many many text messages! We can't thank her enough for helping us find our new home she is great!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Cranston, RI.
My husband and I have been looking for a new home off and on for the last three years. We met Melissa when we went to look at a listing for a condo that we were interested in (around March of 2010). As soon as we met Melissa we instantly liked her and found that she was a professional from the word go. Melissa has a wealth of knoweldge regarding the complexities of the real estate market. Her expertise in many areas in regard to buying and selling in today's real estate market shines through. Melissa posesses wonderful interpersonal relationship skills; she exhibits great integrity and she always has her client's best interest at heart. After many years of searching for a new house - within a short time with Melissa representing and guiding us, we were able to find the perfect new home-selling our previous home within 2 weeks of listing it.
We have been in our new home for a week now and the process from start to finish could not have gone smoother and we attribute all to Melissa and her team of professionals!
We would without hesitatation recommend Melissa to anyone who is either looking to sell/buy property, you will be in excellent hands.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Johnston, RI.
We cannot say enough good things about Melissa! We are what my husband calls "HIGH MAINTENANCE." Melissa was ALWAYS patient and responsive and never made us feel like our questions were silly or unimportant...and I had plenty while she helped us list our condo for sale and purchase our new home. She guided us through the process with patience and professionalism. She is very well versed about all things real estate related... I don't think there was one question we had that she wasn't able to answer.
We have no hesitation about recommending her to others.

You could not find a better team than Melissa Perrille & Mike Veltri. They were extremely patient with us as we looked for our first home. When one of them couldn't be with us at a showing, the other was always available to cover it.

Melissa is who I call my "go-to" girl for any real estate transaction. I'll occasionally call her with a real estate question or advice and she always has the answer. She is a walking book of real estate knowledge that eats, dreams and lives real estate 24/7 and that is no joke!!
