Showed home in 2012 in West Rogers Park, Chicago, IL 60645.
Showed me properties around Rogers Park. Was very disappointed with him. Only would show me few properties. The ones I would recommend he would always make stories about the "other" agent isn't available. He seemed to be a rookie and not very straight forward.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL.
He helped me buy a foreclosed condo in Chicago. I hadn't purchased a foreclosed property before. He made the transaction go smoothly and he made it happen in a timely manner. He always did what he said he would do. He acted with integrity.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Albany Park, Chicago, IL.
Alex was the perfect realtor for us as first time homebuyers. He was always available to answer ANY questions we had. Sometimes I'd feel bad asking so many questions, but he would always sincerely say "No problem guys, it's my pleasure" and made us feel like we were always a top priority for him.
He was extremely knowledgable about the process and really earned my trust and respect with his expertise and professionalism.
He was the perfect balance for my husband and I. I'm more excitable and impulsive, whereas my husband is more practical and logical. Alex's advice and composed personality always got my husband and I on the same page, and we ended up with the PERFECT house for us. I also saw him interact with other realtors, the sellers, lawyers, loan officers, inspectors, utility companies, and even our parents (yikes). He worked well and efficiently with everyone involved. I was so glad and confident to have him on our team:)
To us, it seemed like his goal was to get us the best house at the best price, and I never felt pressured like he was just trying to get a commission. Whenever we had setbacks, he was always very understanding and optimistic.
Overall, he made our first-time home buying experience very educational, pleasant, and fun. We are excited to invite him to our house warming party once we get settled in:)
We highly recommend Alex; all-around great guy and an exceptional realtor!

Alex, Helped me to purchase a my dream house in Naperville, IL
He has very good Knowledge on Naperville and Aurora Area. He is very energetic and reacts very fast on the whole process of buying the house and he is very responsible and tare care of his clients any time you call day or night. Alex is very patient while he is showing the houses and his Negotiations skills are wonderful.
Alex knows various processes (Floor closers or short sate or Seller) and also he helped in Home Inspections and lawyer and also Loan closing process.
Finally thank you Alex, with out you I would not have bought this beautiful house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL.
We needed to move quickly and after speaking with a handful of potential real estate pro's, I decided that Alex was the most knowledgeable and fastest to respond to show a home and answer any questions we had as first time buyers. He set up viewings in inclement weather and didn't just push all the good points of properties. He really listened to our requests and recommended other professionals in the lending and legal fields that worked as efficiently as he does. His expertise & patience made a stressful process go as smoothly as you could imagine.

Bought a home in 2010.
Alex is a highly detail oriented individual that helped us purchase our condo in 2010. He negotiated the price with the sellers down ~30% of the asking price. This saved us up front and is continueing to save us money over time.
He is quick and responsive which was a benefit to us. We have worked with other realtors where we felt we weren't necessarily important to them because of the purchase price of our condo, but Alex was there from start to finish helping to guide us through the complicated process of purchasing a home.

My Wife and I worked with Alex when purchasing our first home because we knew he was different. His intentions were to make us happy rather than make a deal and he did that with limited amounts of input of our end. He knew exactly what we needed.
