"My wife and I toyed with the idea moving so we went on the web to MLSLincolnWestonRealty.com and we clicked the "Request A Showing" button on the web page for the house we thought we liked. When my wife and I arrived at the showing we met Peter. We told Peter this particular house was not quite right for us. Peter then drove to our house with us to review all the requirements we wanted in a house. Peter had scheduled numerous showings for us and within 2 months he found our dream home. Not only did he find us a home, he worked with us to help sell our house. He helped us stage our house so that it would show well and he then sold our house in only 15 days. The house across the street, which was larger and listed for less money, was on the market for over 2 years and still hadn't sold. Our house was also on the market previously and hadn't sold until we listed it with Peter at MLSLincolnWestonRealty.

Not only did Peter find us a house and sell our house in record time, he also monitored the paperwork trail and often had to call the lawyers, other realtors and the banks on both sides to correct their paper work errors. He was always looking out for my best interests every step of the way. It really felt like he was also my lawyer.

Anyway, if I ever purchase a house again I would not use any other realtor. Oh, he did turn out to be a friend and will be celebrating with us on moving day!"
