Bought a home in 2011.
Felicia is an agent that actually listens to her customers. I had been working with another agent for over 4 months, and we had put in over 4 offers and they all were declined. Furthermore, the agent kept sending me homes that were outside of my search criteria, which made me very furious.
I had expressed to Felicia exactly what i was looking for, she listened and sent me only places within my search criteria(which wasn't many). The first place we saw, i bought it.
She also has some really good contacts regarding mortgage brokers, lawyers etc. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.…More Less

Felicia came highly recommended by a friend's daughter who had just purchased a home. We thought we had a realtor and searching online wasn't sitting well with us. We called her and she was very nice, attentive (to our needs), and professional.. She was on top of her game from day one....we were FIRST TIME BUYERS and it was very important to feel we could have a trusting, comfortable & pleasant working relationship, regardless of a realtor's knowledge or skill level. She guided us every step of the way, from what month to start (only took 3 mos tota) to the day of CLOSING!
There is a lot more I could say, but one thing that stood out is when we encountered a situation, at the last minute before closing, from mortage company (shouldn't have happen), she went to BAT withiut us asking, when we weren't getting answers, and got the BALL rolling from the TOP, it let us know she was concerned and cared about us in so many ways.
She has become like an extended family member and our 3 yr. old son just loves her, he still talks about her. We now enjoy our first new connstruction home (9 mos) She keeps in touch, and she's not bothered when we call to ask her those first time homeowners questions and she checks up on us. we love the calendars.....
Our goal is to refer a good client to her in 2013..passs it forward. We love her, the best in Lake County!
