Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in East Weymouth, Weymouth, MA.
After two other real estate agents failed to help us sell our condo in this poor real estate market, we engaged Madelene as our real estate agent. We met her when she was representing the builder of a property we were interested in buying. From the moment we met, Madelene was very personable, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, real estate savvy, and willing to go over and beyond to meet our needs. Not only did she help us sell our condo, but she negotiated an excellent deal for us on a new house that perfectly suited our criteria. She was an excellent liaison between the builder and us, worked well with the attorneys on all sides, and knew what it took to sell our condo in a slumping market. Madelene always had her finger on the pulse of the real estate market, such as market prices and staging of the property for showings. She was also willing to accommodate our family with two young children regarding open houses and special showings.
I recommend Madelene to everyone who wants to sell or buy a property in the area.

Sold a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $150K in Weymouth, MA.
Madelene did a an excellent job listing our condo and selling it during a "not so great" housing market. She listed the condo's price correctly and marketed it well. I was very impressed by her presentation and follow-through. She also helped us buy a house at this time and again did a wonderful job. She is trustworthy, and competent. I highly recommend her.
