Mabel Nunez  was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in South Florida. While studying at the University of Florida, Mabel began her career in Real Estate while learning the rental industry in Property Management. Starting as a leasing specialist for Paradigm Properties in Gainesville at 19 and working her way up to becoming one of the youngest & most successful managers in her company, she learned all aspects of the property management business. Of course, these included: marketing, budgeting, the appropriate way to cheer for the Gators and mandatory viewing of football games. 

She later accepted a challenging position in Lake Worth, Florida as the on-site property manager of a new construction luxury apartment community. Speaking both Spanish and English came in very handy while managing a diverse group of employees, vendors and residents. 

The opportunity to re-locate to Jacksonville and become a Realtor presented itself in August of 2004. The decision has lead to an active and satisfying career in real estate with the ability to continuously help someone with a distinctive service. As the former Broker for EXIT Southern Heritage Realty, Mabel gained the invaluable experience of managing a brokerage and a team of successful Jacksonville Realtors. The passion for real estate sales in Jacksonville and the increase in homes sales in the Jacksonville, Orange Park and Beaches markets were the catalyst for Mabel's return to exclusively helping buyers and sellers with their properties.
