This could be just happening at EXIT Real Estate Gallery, but I feel there is a general positive attitude and outlook on our real estate market in Jax. I have come across so many agents that are prospering in this economy, specializing in traditonal sales, foreclsoures and short sales. Buyers agents are working a bit harder because of the variety of homes available to First Time Home Buyers, FHA & VA qualified homes. As Realtors we are beginning to have more compassion for each other, our customers, and each individual transaction and I can see a true connection to our careers. These are exciting times- each day is different and full of real estate opportunities.
