My impression of Maggie may be a little bit different that others. She knew that I didn't know anything about buying a home. She took me under her wing as if I were her own flesh and blood to make sure that I would not just purchase a home based on look but also location, location, location. (We say some places and drove away ASAP because we knew better than getting out of the car) She knew that I had a son in a wheelchair and other special needs, she took all that in, while making sure we could find a home that would meet as many of our needs as possible. Having an open floor plan was a must, having a driveway so we could utilize the wheelchair from the van as safe as possible, a single story no stairs (wheelchair), less work and less out of pocket expense as possible. She found that for us. She could have been like the other agents we left behind/like everyone else to just sell a house instead Maggie we above and beyond to make sure that we had a HOME. For that I forever and always be in her debt.
