Wow... I was really worried about this recent purchase. So many variables were happening but I just kept doing what Maggie said to do. She was thorough in getting all of our things in order that by the time she found the perfect place, the actual sale went smoothly. So I wouldn't use any other realtor. Maggie Wilhelm listed and helped me through the sale of a property in Long Beach owned by my company. The property was sold in a 1031 exchange to a related company. The listing, sale and transfer was handled very efficiently and all of the legal requirements were complied with and completed per the regulations.
Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Midtown, Palo Alto, CA.
My elderly client had no idea how to proceed to sell her home in severly distressed condition that it was in. Maggie took a "private" listing to help her solve her problem and found a potential buyer fpr the house who offerred to purchase it on any of three optionial terms. Although the elderly client did not accept any of those options and elected to list the property on MLS with an other realtor. Maggie was wonderful in the case and understood that it was important for the client to move in a direction that she was most comfortable with.
