John lives on the Main Line. It's an easy assumption to make but not every Realtor who services the Main Line actually lives here. John and his family live in Villanova, which is right in the middle of the Main Line, twenty minutes to Bala Cynwyd to the east, or Malvern to the west. John has sold homes in all of the 21 Main Line towns and understands the individual characteristics of each town. His two young children are involved in many sports and activities in Lower Merion, Haverford, and Radnor townships. He and his wife, Kirsten, have guided them through private pre-schools, and shortly, the top-rated Main Line public schools. He is involved with this community with his church, the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and coaching his son's Little League team. John gives back to his community by donating a portion of each of his settlement commissions to Fox & Roach Charities, which has contributed over three million dollars to date to local charitable organizations.

Working with a local expert is critical to sellers and buyers on the Main Line and John has first-hand knowledge about the many facets that make the Main Line a highly desirable place to live. His recommendations are based on solid experience. He knows which contractors, restaurants, sports leagues, parks, and commuting routes are the best -- and which ones to avoid.

John has been one of the most successful realtors working on the Main Line for the last decade. He has a natural love of the fast-paced real estate business, for residential architecture, and he has genuine desire to help buyers and sellers reach their goals. John understands how modern technology has changed the real estate business. A good Realtor has many skill sets: in-depth community and market knowledge, effective communicator, online marketing savvy, home value expert, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network. But being a great listener is the most important and John listens to his clients. Being an early-adapter to all the latest trends and technology enables John to service his buyers and sellers at a higher level than the average agent. He knows that the traditional practices that made Realtors successful in the past are no longer relevant in today's marketplace, and that these advances need to be embraced and mastered so that his clients fully succeed. John is up for that challenge.
