DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Where do I even start? Well first, I lived in sewer gas for three days because main street renewals didn't classify sewer gas as an emergency. When I had a fit with the girl who helped with our lease, she told me she apologized we didn't have the luxury of onsite care such as apartments to. When I explained there is a difference between luxury and emergency, she stated that she put in for a rent deduction and a week later I still haven't heard a thing from them. On top of that, we had a work order put in three weeks after move-in (mind you I had to call at least twice to get the work order set up) in which they didn't show up to because the lovely woman who scheduled the appointment forgot to put us down for. Therefore, I've missed school, work, and countless hours waiting on this company to show up and sometimes they can't even do that. Here's to hoping the next 11 months goes quickly.

POOR, POOR , POOR!!!! As a tenant, I've had SEVERAL electrical and water issues. Issues that should not be over looked. When I've tried to contact someone, I get voice mail. I've emailed, left messages etc. I get no response. I've practically been begging for these serious issues such as water leak leaving carpet wet, to be attended to and properly fixed for about two months now.

This is no way to do business. To leave your tenant in a house possibly full of mold at no fault of my own. In case you didn't know, mold is a serious issue! I will continue to leave voicemails and emails and hope for the best.
