Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225k in Lansdowne, PA.

Summary:

As an attorney I understand the importance of choosing the right professional - and for buying or selling real estate teaming with the right real estate professional is one of the most important decisions you will make during the process.

I cannot say enough good things about the tireless hard work Dyan put in towards successfully selling my house. She was very responsive, always worked as a creative problem solver, brought a tremendous feeling of calm and tranquility to the table to help ease my mind during the transaction's more stressful moments, and, unlike the other real estate professionals I have worked with in the past, Dyan kept working with the parties after the deal was done to ensure everyone's satisfaction.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125k in Brookhaven, PA.

Summary:

I was looking to buy my first home and after numerous attempts at failing to have a real estate agent work with me, Dyan stepped up to the plate. I was looking for a low cost home to rehab which means to a real estate agent hardly a commission. Did Dyan care? She sure didn’t show it. She worked with me just as if I was purchasing a half million dollar home. We walked through several houses, communicated daily via phone and email. It didn’t matter what time of day or night. She made me feel confident about purchasing my first home.

When we found the house I wanted to make my home, she held my hand and guided me through the transaction. I would be lying if I said the transaction was smooth, not that it was either of our faults. The house I wanted was a foreclosure and the owning bank was less than responsive. The transaction took 5 months with countless hurdles to jump over. But we did it!!!

By the time I finally settled, she re-negotiated my already low cost home by $16k less than asking (which is even less money in her pocket), had repairs completed on the home (which is unheard of on a foreclosure), and made the closing arrangements at the title company to keep my out of pocket costs down. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Working with Dyan is like working with your best friend or relative who cares. Thank you Dyan!!! You are the BEST!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500k in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Summary:

Dyan helped our family relocate to the Main Line over the course of the Summer and Fall of 2010. Coming in from out of state, we knew what we wanted, but didn't know the area, and Dyan was fantastic giving us the ins and outs of the neighborhoods and picking optimal locations for what was important to us. We were blessed with lots of time to look, and Dyan patiently spent many of her Saturdays with us on the hunt, with several days where she secured 6 or more viewings for the day with only a week to prepare.... Dyan and her team kept on top of new listings and sent us appropriate listings that we weren't likely to see yet on Zillow (we used Zillow a ton) or ones with the unique feel we were looking for (such as carriage houses). Dyan is well connected and had a terrific network to draw on even cycling through 4 or 5 roofers to help us get estimates at one point. Dyan is completely on top of technology, whipping out the iPad and pulling up all manner of deep detail on the listings we were considering. Dyan was extremely patient as we made offers on three different properties before making the purchase, and each time was thorough and diligent through all of the offer paperwork, explanations, and steps in the process. I have worked with 5-6 RE professionals over the last couple of decades, and Dyan was by far the best, most responsive, helpful, happy, politically savvy, a marketing dynamo, sharp, hard-nosed when necessary, but always living by the rule of karma. Our closing was protracted due to a number of factors on the sellers' side, and had it not been for Dyan's literally daily efforts on our behalf over a period of two months back and forth with all manner of issues that cropped up, we never would have closed and secured our great new home. Oh and by the way we are now doing some improvements with a contractor that Dyan referred us to and we are very happy with. Is there anything Dyan can't do? I haven't found it yet. Look no further, Dyan is who you need.More Less
