Prior to beginning my real estate career, I worked 30+ years in higher education finance. I had the opportunity to implement and manage numerous student financial aid programs and computer systems. The skill sets I learned and fine-tuned in those 30+ years carry over well to the real estate industry. Read below what some of my former colleagues have to say about me:
"Ron is unique in that he meets challenges with an attitude that immediately puts his team in a position to succeed. Ron works well under pressure and always uses positive humor and motivation to spur results. He is a natural leader / coach, terrific project manager, and a pleasure to work with." Rich Nickel, President and CEO at Arizona Scholarship Foundation
"Ron is the definition of a professional. He is detailed oriented but also has the ability to see the entire vision and not lose sight of what's important. When Ron is on your side you know you have an ally!" (Thad West, friend and former colleague)
"Ron has the ability to quickly see the big picture of business projects and manage them to their success for the organization. His integrity and maturity would prove to be a great asset for any business he is associated with. (Raymond S Bryan, Former Chief Information Officer, Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority)

As a high school varsity and youth basketball referee, I have the opportunity to make a lot of calls. In real estate, you need to make just one, so … Make the Right Call – Ron Duvall.
