Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Fort Wayne, IN.
My fiance and me couldn't have found a better team to get us through our first home purchase! The Malcolm Schlueter team was very helpful to every one of our needs. They were patient with us when we wanted to look at many homes. They answered every question we had. From the very beginning they talked to us about the whole process of buying a home. They made everything extremely easy to undestand. They recomended high quality people to take care of the home inspection and insurance. They made our whole process extremely smooth and stress free!
Corey and Melissa compliment each other very well. Corey handled all of our negotiations, and did a very good job with it. Melissa made it a point to find exactly what we were looking for. They are the perfect combination that makes for a perfect team. Once we found what we wanted, they got the ball rolling for us. They did such a great job, that we were able to close on our house a week earlier! This is a team that will go out of their way, whenever you need them, for whatever you need, to meet your needs.
When we decided to start looking for a home. We had absolutely no knowledge of how the process worked. Now, by the end of it, we have a pretty good grasp of how it all works thanks to the Malcolm Schleuter team.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kendallville, IN.
Melissa was recommended to me as a realtor who is very knowledgeable. We contacted her and she helped us find a home that met out specific needs very quickly. From looking at properties, chosing the one we wanted and closing on the property was less than 6 weeks. The offer/counter offer process, inspection, appraisal and closing went seamlessly. Our experience of working with Melissa and Corey was so different from the stories that my friends have had with other realtors that it took my breath away. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a new home.

We would recommend Cory and Melissa to anyone in the sale of their home and/or the purchase of a new home.
My finance and I had been going back and forth with the idea of selling his home and building a new home for us but were nervous and not sure how the process would go. Melissa and Cory from day one have made us feel comfortable and took charge of everything for us and kept us informed of all steps and even went out of their way to call us after hours to reassure us of the process and steps and that it would all be okay and giving extra reassurance.
We were expecting the sale of our home to take a few months but the day the home listed Melissa called me to say they had a showing that night and the next day we had an accepted offer ! Amazing !! We are now working with Melissa in the building of our home and again she has gone above and beyond what we expected.
The professionalism and extra effort that Cory and Melissa give, set them apart and we would recommend them to anyone !

Both Melissa and Corey were so professional and fun to work with! They found me my new dream home and QUICKLY sold our old home. Not only is this team super experienced and hardworking, but they are also kind, caring and genuine. They really want the customer to be happy and will go to any length to please- I wish every real estate agent was like them and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Sold a home in 2011.
The two most responsive, friendly and knowledgeable real estate agents I have ever worked with. They don't stop working for you until you get the real estate you want at the best price possible. I have worked with real estate agents in 5 states and working with this team was the easiest and most enjoyable process of anything I have gone through. I never write reviews for anyone, but I had to for this team since they did such a wonderful job. I look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Fort Wayne, IN.
Melissa and Corey make a wonderful team. They are a great compliment for each other. They helped me purchase the home that I am currently living in. They were very knowledgeable about the transaction and it was a smooth transaction.
My most recent experience was with our new home. During the transfer of the seller's gas service to ours, the service was shut off (not the seller's fault) on a Friday. We were moving in on Saturday, so I called in and the gas company said they couldn't come out until the following Monday. We could have roughed it..if we didn't have an 18mo old. Corey called the gas company and worked his magic and they came out Friday night.
I recommend these guys to everyone I hear that is in the market. Most people when asked have no relationship with their realtor and simply choose by an advertisement. We are lucky to have established this relationship because we will use them from here on out!
