Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Parkland, FL.
This agent has not been quite ethical in her role as listing agent. Recommendation of up to $50000 price reduction after 1 month after the property was listed. Unbelievable. She listed the property with a different square footage than was shown in the tax records and refused to provide any explanation why there was a need for the difference.(3005 vs 3192) This realtor was more focused on earning sales commission rather than representing the seller's home to be sold at fair market value. Realtors were allowed to show up for showings outside of pre-defined listing arrangements without seller being notified especially when the listing was about to be expired. She feigned ignorance about other realtors showing up instead indicating they just turned up on their own as they had the showing instructions.
I would not recommend this realtor as a listing agent.

I am sorry about your divorce & you having to sell your home because of it. Our 1st conversation you mentioned that you really did not want to sell but had to because of a court order. 2 months into the listing you getting displaced from work made things more difficult & selling was the last thing you wanted to do. I worked due diligently & with compassion for you, responded to all your concerns in a timely manner. The house was listed with another agent who you said was horrible & did not do her job. Upon contracting me and due to our marketing strategies your house was shown over 30 times received 2 offers which you decline despite of the house being overpriced, in the 1st 2 months. Market Value in good condition was 345K & zestimate showed 341K. We agreed to the high list price of 375K for a month & if no offers reduce it close to the market value. After sending you over 10 feedbacks from buyers regarding the price, & 2 months into the listing I requested a price reduction.

Bought a home in 2007.
Maliha assisted my boyfriend and I buy our first place. She is really hard working and showed us numerous houses. Maliha was always available and answered all our questions and concerns immediately. She is a very good negotiator and got us the best possible deal. She also helped us get the right mortgage broker who really took care of us. The inspection company she recommended was very good as well. We will definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her again in the future when we are ready to buy again.

Bought a home in 2011.
Maliha helped us locate and purchase our home in south Florida very quickly. We were using another agent previously, with little result. Maliha just gave us that feeling that she was going to get us in the house that would make my family happy for a long time. She is aggressive and thorough, and really understands the market. I would not only recommend her to my associates, but will use her to sell our home when that distant day comes in the future.

From my first telephone discussion with Ms. Castillo, prior to contract, she demonstrated to me extensive knowledge of the real estate process. She listened to my concerns, and was prepared to take on what was anticipated to be a very difficult assignment, with one of the owners unwilling to sell, and placing impediments towards selling the property. In spite of this, Ms. Castillo still received several requests for viewing, and one offer of sale. Several appointments scheduled by Ms. Castillo was not honored by the Owner living in the property, in spite of prior notice and agreement. I have no doubt that given the proper cooperation from both owners, Ms. Castillo would have definitely sold the property. I would recommend wholeheartedly Ms. Castillo to anyone requiring excellent real estate services.

Bought a home in 2012.
We were impressed with the way that Maliha handled our real estate needs. She is truly an expert. She took the time to understand our needs and then worked tirelessly to find the houses that met our criteria. She was always available and very punctual. Great negotiator and she has a team of people working with her that makes the process as smoothly as possible. She is honest and an effective communicator. We'll recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
