Showed home in 2011 in East Newark, NJ 07029.
Had dealings with his agency with a short sale. Expectations were set that ultimately proved to be completely unrealistic.Offered the 'bank approved price' and the weeks we were told we should expect grew into (many) months. Agent left the country for months, and I was given no communication, no updates. When I finally did get a response after many attempts to reach them, I felt I was getting a lot of smoke.. was told the second mortgage holder approved and we were waiting for an answer from the primary (???). Just did not feel like they were being honest and forthright. Finally had to pull the plug. What a nightmare- would be very unlikely to deal with them again.  MoreLess
