We interviewed 5 agents (3 of them are very well known in the Mountain View area). We chose Margie. She is very resourceful and helpful. I wanted to know what was the final cost of selling our town home and she immediately went to Chicage Title and gave us a very accurate estimate. I wanted to do my own staging. She never tried to push me into hiring one of her colleagues. Instead, she gave me advice and the house looked superb. She did her best to help us save money during the selling process and we are grateful for that. This was our first time selling and obviously we were nervous in more than one occasion. She always returned our phone calls, e-mails or texts within a two hour frame at the latest. Results: She got us one of the highest $ amount per square footage (townhouse) in Mountain View.
