Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Kinnelon, NJ.
Marcia is very professional and knows the business and her market very well. She listed and sold my Smoke Rise home in a very slow market. She is a pleasure to work with and I recommend her highly.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH MARCIA. I HAD MY HOUSE UP FOR SALE AND SHE WORKED WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERY PROCESS SO I COULD UNDERSTAND IT. UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO FAMILY OBLIGATIONS, I HAD TO TAKE THE HOUSE OFF THE MARKET. I AM GETTING TO PUT THE HOUSE BACK ON THE MARKET AND WILL USE MARCIA. I WILL HAVE RECOMMENDED MARCIA TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. SHE IS SUPER AND KNOWS HER STUFF.

Bought a home in 2011.
We found Marcia on Zillow. She was listed next to a home we were interested in. After contacting her she showed us the home the next day our offer was accepted and out of legal review within one week. Very satisfied.
