Marcy was the best, she was very responsive, she always responded to emails/phone calls quickly no matter what time of day it was. She was very knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of the process, she went above and beyond for us on many occasions. We explained to her the type of house we were looking for upfront and every time something new came on the market w/in those parameters she reached out to us to gauge our interest. Ours was somewhat of a complex transaction with numerous issues that arose, however, Marcy's guidance facilitated us getting our dream home.
