      Bought a home in 2011.
      On our first visit to SaddleBrooke over a year ago, we were told Maren was the expert to deal with due to her extensive knowledge of the market, the homes, and all the players in the buy/sell process. We had a very brief phone conversation, and she showed us three houses that same afternoon that were spot on, and that we would have bought any of had we been ready to buy. When we were ready a year later, Maren still knew many of our desires and must-haves. She set aside time to show multiple homes that met our criteria, negotiated the deal, was always there to answer questions and give updates. She knew the right inspectors and other service people who could come for specific opinions, was timely in her availability to meet these people and let them in, was careful about how they left the property when exiting. I would and have recommended Maren already based on our transaction. She has been there every step of the way. You can't get better service than she provides! If there was a way on here to guarantee you'd be happy, I'd check that box. She is a real pro!!  MoreLess

      Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Tucson, AZ.
      Maren is smart! She knows her market inside and out! What I liked about working with her is that she listened attentively to our needs and immediately zoomed in on the properties that met our criteria in our price range. She separates the wheat from the chaff and eliminates the unnecessary from the sales process that can waste valuable time. She has amazing relationships with 3rd party service people, so if you need an opinion on a roof, or on a pool, or on a painter...she knows immediately how to put you in touch with an expert in that area. She keeps her word, she works hard, and she does what she says she's going to do. I respect her.
