Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
As a first time home buyer, my husband and I had an idea of what the process would be, and that idea was terrifying. We could not have asked for better help than Marge Crimmins at Century 21. She was professional, showed us places that fit our needs (sometimes she knew better what we wanted than we did!), prompt, and always there to answer our questions, no matter how ridiculous they might have been.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 in Downtown, Jersey City, NJ.Summary:
If you are looking to do ANY real estate transaction in northern New Jersey, your first call should be to Marge Crimmins. She has helped me buy, sell, and rent properties in Jersey City. Marge knows the area VERY well. She has good insight as to what the future may bring, what the current market values should be, where this town was, and where it may be going. I think a real estate agent should have two things: the ability to listen and the gift of space. Let me explain. I think Marge listens to what you ask her for, but also to what you don't ask her for. She has a way of understanding her clients needs, even if they themselves have not expressed them. As for point number two, she is not pushy. She doesn't want to sell for the sake of selling, as most agents do. She wants you to be happy with your purchase and will go above and beyond so that it is so.
