Maria sold our parents’ house for us after they passed away. She was an absolute delight to work with, and greatly reduced our stress during a very difficult period. Open, warm, and down-to-earth, Maria felt like a life-long friend 10 minutes after meeting her. We found her extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and just loved her energy and enthusiasm. She takes care of absolutely everything in preparing the house for sale, including all the arrangements to have needed repairs done quickly and at a fair price.
