Q.How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
A. I will have my buyers meet with my preferred loan officer for a loan pre-approval and consultation. The loan officer will determine a price range based on the desired monthly payment and income qualifications. I will discuss with my buyers their lifestyle, family size, desired locations, etc. I will ask questions and I will listen. From the information I gather, I will preview properties and select the ones that best meet their criteria.
Q. How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
A. I prepare what is called a Comparative Market Analysis Report to show the facts of the most recent sales and listings to ensure they are getting the best price for the area.
Q. What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
A. I use an effective marketing strategy which I will present to the seller at the listing appointment. Aside from this marketing strategy, I also market my listings in our local newspaper, The Record, as well as in the Valley Homefinders Magazine and on several web sites.
Q. How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
A. I ensure my sellers get the highest price by pricing property correctly according to the current market values and using the Comparative Market Analysis Report. I use the facts to determine the best price and competitive edge for the property.
Q. What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
A. I highly recommend an open line of communication between sellers and their agents. Communication is very important in maintaining a smooth selling process.
