Sold a home in 2012.
Maria and her team are very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Philadelphia. They took the time to understand our goals and made the process seamless from beginning to end. As someone who takes pride in client service for my own business, I admire Maria's tenacity, but at the same time very professional manner of getting the job done in her client's best interest. I have referred Maria to other people and I won't hesitate to do it again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Center City West, Philadelphia, PA.
I can not express how strongly I feel about about Maria and her team. Last year when we tried to sell our house with a different realtor group, we had an absolutely awful experience and our house did not sell. We ended up renting for a year. Our experience with Maria was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped us to pick a good selling price for our house, made some useful suggestions to get the house ready for the market, and then did an unbelievable job showing the house in its best light (wonderful pictures, description, website, etc). Our house was on the market for less than 10 days when we got an offer very close to our asking price. Maria was an awesome negotiator and helped us get every last dollar. Even after the house was under contract, she made everything so easy from the inspection, to completing the legal papers, to the closing.
