We started off with an realtor from Century 21, whom didn't mention the word staging and the highest she wanted to list my house in Lyndhurst 339K. Next, I had Maria Rampinelli come in, she explained what her team would do and what I could do for staging, and she recommended I list my house for between 365 - 375K. We got 2 offers within one week, accepting an offer for 380K, five thousand over our asking price. If I had to sell or buy a home I would definitely use Maria. Maria and team are wonderful to do business with. Maria has a great understanding of the area and the market. She has assisted my husband and I with two transactions over the past year. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Maria and her staff are always accessible. I always had an easy time reaching her by phone or e-mail. I would refer friends and relatives to Maria Rampinelli and I would use their services again.
