Looking for a home, quickly becomes an emotional experience, when your real estate deal starts to take off in its own direction, you need an agent who can understand your emotions, think on their feet, put their professional network of experts to use, and leverage resources available to them to get the job done. Maria Vitale is that agent. Our deal started to get real difficult real quick by no fault of our own or Maria’s. Maria’s vast knowledge, her team of resources, her quick thinking, and her compassion to do the right thing, made our purchase happen. Maria treated our deal like it was her own home purchase and ensured our family had the PERFECT house to live in and that the deal was done right, ethically, and on time. We can’t thank Maria enough for walking this journey with us and her keen eye and attention to detail made our dream of the right community all possible. Maria is a dynamo. Words can't describe how grateful we are for her attention to detail, her knowledge of the real estate business and market, and her wonderful work ethics. She worked relentlessly for us and was a great negotiator. This inspired us to have the utmost confidence in her ability to get the house sold. She brought us a great offer the day the house was listed and we closed three weeks later. She handled everything for us as all parties involved were in 3 different states. We are confident that we would not have had such quick results if not for her. We highly recommend her services to anyone hoping for a quick and successful home sale. She does her homework well!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Thornton, CO.
Maria did everything and more to make my wife and I happy with our first home purchase. We were both new to the city and were unfamiliar wtih the market or the different areas of the city, but Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. There's no way my wife and I could have completed this purchase with the help of Maria. Even in a tough market like Denver, she helped us find the perfect house and she also made sure that we were informaed and educated buyers. I will definitely do business with Maria in the future.

Maria helped me buy my first home, as a first time homebuyer I was inexperienced, I had a lot of questions and really needed someone who was informative and knew the business. With Maria I got all of this and more! Maria and her whole staff at Remax are educated, helpful, professional and kept me up to date. What I loved most about Maria is she always kept in touch I heard from her almost everyday. I have already Referred Maria to two family members/friends and will continue to refer her. If I ever buy or sell again I will use Maria no hesitation! Highly recommend her for any buyer!

Maria was referred to us by our good friends who told us that she would not disappoint. My husband and I can say that this is 100% true!! Maria is experienced and knowledgable. She is a master negotiator as well. My husband and I requested several changes, updates, etc of the sellers in the negotiation process when purchasing our home, and thanks to Maria's negotiating skills the sellers agreed to all of our requests. She made a process that can be stressful and grueling fun, educational, and easy. Thanks Maria! You'll be getting many, many referrals from us in the future!

As first time homebuyers, we appreciated Maria explaining everything from the beginning to the end of the process. She was patient when listening to our seemingly endless questions and she was respectful and candid when answering them. We felt comfortable contacting her any time we had a question and she responded quickly to our calls and emails. Her comfort was second to our best interests and she worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. She genuinely cared about us. We would recommend her without reservation.

For starters, I wish I could add stars to the rating. Her local knowledge is amazing, definitely an expert in the process of buying a home, she always responded immediately, and I would say that negotiating is her most impressive quality.
I purchased a home June 15th and I could not have found a better agent. I bought the home with over $35,000 in equity and she still got the seller to do over $5,000 worth of work to the house. She is passionate about her job and her clients. I always look for something negative to say in a review to keep it balanced and not over praise someone, but I cannot find a single bad thing to say about Maria. She is polite, respectful, and a very skilled agent. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

We had a wonderful experience with Maria. Given that we relocated from out of state, having someone with a firm grasp of the local market and our criteria made the home search/purchase process very pleasant and seemless. Her initiative in following up with us after the closing was also very much appeciated.

Maria was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding a home. Even though it took me a while to hear her advices, I ended buying a home where she first recommended it. She was very responsive and showed a lot of patience with my impatience. I couldn't recommend Maria enough.

We highly recommend Maria Vitale as a realtor. As first time home buyers, Maria educated us about searching for and purchasing a home. She was very patient with us during this process. For instance, when we thought we had found our home, she went out of her way to find a babysitter and drive from Denver to Fredrick on her day off, and she still was not afraid to point out features that could potentially harm the resale value of the home.
When we finally found our home, Maria went to battle for us putting her own benefit aside. She was highly supportive and understanding during the very rocky road of obtaining a loan and closing on the home. When we were nervous prior to our close, she answered our phone calls and text messages late on Saturday evening. She is very personable, genuine, and has her client’s best interest at heart. We are very happy with our new home and very happy with our realtor.
