Answer

The seller bought this property in June of 1996 for $35,100 and has donequite a bit of renovating since. The city assesses every 4 years and they are re-assessing Auburn this year. I will send you the listing from the mls. There is a virtual tour that will give you a good feel for the house. Also I will send additional info that explains many of the renovations.
